In December we gathered with 360 architects, major contractors, designers, clients and stone industry firms for the 2022 Natural Stone Awards.
It was a wonderful afternoon celebrating the very best that our industry has to offer and it was particularly special considering it has been four years since the last in-person ceremony.
Our guest presenter, TV presenter, architectural designer and sustainability advocate, Charlie Luxton gave a rousing keynote speech in which he championed the part that natural stone has to play in delivering a more sustainable built environment. This message of the importance of natural stone in both the historic and modern architectural sectors was a theme throughout the day.
