Stone Federation Great Britain has launched a new publication, Stone in Your Home, designed to inspire and inform homeowners and those undertaking residential projects about the use of natural stone in the home.
Developed by Stone Federation’s Interiors Forum, the new publication provides an accessible, easy-to-digest guide to selecting, specifying and caring for natural stone across a range of interior applications.
Stone in Your Home covers the key considerations when using natural stone for flooring, countertops, bathrooms and internal cladding, alongside practical guidance on care and maintenance to help ensure stone continues to perform and look its best for years to come.
The publication also introduces readers to the different types of natural stone and the variety of finishes available, helping homeowners and project teams better understand the options open to them. Throughout the guide, a wide range of inspiring project examples demonstrates the versatility, beauty and character that natural stone can bring to residential interiors.
